Donate to the Canadian Spring Floods Appeals

As communities across Canada face costly flooding, many are in need of urgent assistance.

The Red Cross is working to coordinate emergency relief efforts and get help to people in affected areas as quickly as possible. Money raised will enable the Red Cross to provide relief, recovery and resiliency activities in response to these disasters.

In support of Canadian Red Cross efforts on the ground, MEC is matching member and staff donations up to $10,000.

Your donation will help to ensure that evacuees have a warm, dry and safe place to stay and will help families purchase food, clothing and basic needs. Most importantly, it means that those who are going through an incredibly difficult time in their lives will not face it alone.

Together, we can double our support and help those directly affected by the floods.

On behalf of MEC, thank you for your contribution.

"When man finally learns to control the elements... When the winds will be quiet and the earth cannot be torn apart...When there will be no loneliness... no destitution... no war... When the last hungry man, woman or child is fed... Only then will there be no need for the Red Cross."

– Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Peace Prize winner
