Donate to the Syria Crisis Appeal

Since 2011, the humanitarian impact of the crisis in Syria has continued to worsen. Hundreds of thousands have been killed, millions have been displaced, and homes, schools, hospitals, and essential services and infrastructure have been damaged or destroyed.

In response Ontario Medical Foundation is supporting Red Cross efforts on the ground.

Your generous donation will support emergency efforts by the Red Cross Movement. This may include relief items (for example, blankets, sleeping mats, food parcels and hygiene items), medical supplies, equipment and deploying emergency personnel. This fund will cover numerous countries, including those currently affected, and those potentially affected in the future.

We know that when responding to an emergency of this magnitude, the generosity of Canadians is essential to providing comfort and care.

On behalf of Ontario Medical Foundation, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for your donation during these trying moments.

"When man finally learns to control the elements... When the winds will be quiet and the earth cannot be torn apart...When there will be no loneliness... no destitution... no war... When the last hungry man, woman or child is fed... Only then will there be no need for the Red Cross."

– Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Peace Prize winner
