KENT will be matching, up to $100,000 in donations made by our valued customers and employees.

Donations to the Canadian Red Cross will be used for assisting those most impacted in the most affected areas in Nova Scotia and other Atlantic provinces with immediate and ongoing relief, recovery and resilience efforts in response to the wildfires, as well as supporting community preparedness and risk reduction for future all-hazard disaster events within Atlantic Canada.

Every dollar counts and your contribution will go twice as far. By participating in this initiative, you'll be directly supporting those in need and helping rebuild our affected communities.

When we launch an appeal, donations made in response to it are used to help individuals and communities identified in the appeal recover from emergencies and disasters. The funds will be designated for the purpose for which they were given. In the unlikely event that we raise more money than can be reasonably and effectively spent, we will strive to use any residual funds for similar purposes and/or in a similar geography to respond to other disasters and humanitarian needs throughout Canada.

The fundraising cost related to any emergency appeal will not exceed five percent.
